Self-actualization work is the process of reconnecting to the inherent strengths, wisdom, and potential you are born with. Through discovering your true essence and removing barriers that keep you separated from your greatest potential, you begin the process of creating your reality.
Working with me is not for everyone. My style reflects the desire to catalyze real change in your life. I am efficient, methodical, direct— and, as one of my clients says “has a tasteful way of calling out your bullshit.” I utilize my Axis Approach; a 3-pronged, 3-step process, guided by 3 core principles to create real, lasting shifts. My philosophy is that the process of discovery, growth, and empowerment get to be both rewardingly challenging and filled with fun and excitement. With the destination in sight, the journey becomes a beautiful co-created experience.
The Axis Approach is exploration from the inside out. You are the pivot point from which everything moves. Together we locate your center and move with purpose to generate inner alignment and outer momentum. Returning to your center means decisions, direction and growth stem from alignment— not overwhelm. You are not here to follow a script. You are the script. And you are here to re-center and move from that truth. When rooted in your center, everything else can move around you.
3 Source Prongs
The Root
The pain point, friction, desire, dream and vision within are calls to awaken and act. In our sessions, we unearth this source— the Roots— and move them through the 3-step process.
We use the wisdom within, guidance around and root beneath to source our intelligence.
The Root - The pain point, friction, desire, dream and vision within are calls to awaken and act. In our sessions, we unearth this source— the Roots— and move them through the 3-step process.
The Client - You are the source of the answers to all your challenges. I help you clear the noise that interferes with your inner wisdom so that we can access your instruction manual— together.
The Universe - The ultimate source guiding you is always working for you. Your level of awareness and sensitivity allows you to tune in and use it for your transformation. In our work, we create space for synchronicity, intuition, body signals and deeper revelations to emerge.
3 GUIDING PRINCIPLES
3 STEP PROCESS
Identify/Clarify - Something within you is calling for change. Whether it shows up externally—in your job, relationships, or finances—or internally as anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling stuck, the journey always begins with your mindset.
Together, we’ll use your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs as a map to uncover what’s truly at the root. From there, we create clarity around what’s standing in your way—and align your inner world with the life you’re ready to create.
Align/Act - Clarity opens the door—transformation walks you through it. With me as your guide, we’ll turn insight into lasting change. Using tools tailored to your unique path, I’ll help you shift old patterns, dismantle what’s holding you back, and move toward the life you know is possible. This is where blind spots become breakthroughs—and transformation becomes your new baseline.
Shift/Expand - Aligned action, repeated with intention, creates lasting change. As you begin to integrate the tools and practices we’ve tailored to you, You move beyond doing differently—you begin to live differently. You embody the why behind your transformation.
Change in one area ignites transformation everywhere—shaping your mindset, your relationships, your choices, and the energy you carry. You change. Your reality follows.
While every session follows a foundational framework, the process itself is unscripted. It moves with your spark, your direction, and your pace—on your terms.
I don’t provide answers—I help you uncover them.
I don’t fix—I facilitate.
Every session is grounded in levity, humor, and joy.
It’s how I connect to the work, to myself, to the world—and to you.
Our work together is like watching a movie:
You discover and learn about yourself while the mystery unfolds. And yes—laughing with (and at) ourselves? That’s medicine.
