What exactly do you do as a coach?

I help you get clear, unstuck, and moving.
Whether it’s a relationship spiral, identity fog, or a full-on life pivot, I help you tune into yourself (the version that knows) — and take action from that place. Think of me as your mirror, your mindset mechanic, and sometimes your well-timed B.S. interrupter.

Is this therapy?

Nope. I’m not a licensed therapist, and this isn’t clinical.
That said, it’s deep. We talk feelings, patterns, beliefs, the whole inner world. But we also talk strategy, communication skills, and what to actually do next. It feels less like traditional therapy and more like a partnership with an approach that fosters more relatability and authentic exchange. My sessions have more or a peer vs patient quality.

what results can i expect?

Good ones! But seriously, you’ll start feeling, thinking, and acting differently after your first couple of sessions. It’s like finally hitting the update software button on your phone. My clients report integrating simple tools, hacks, reframes etc. that start re-shaping their mindset almost immediately.

Do you work with couples?

Yes — and I love it.
My couples work is a mix of joint sessions and individual ones (because sometimes we need to say things without the other person there). I help you both learn how to hear each other better, take responsibility, and reconnect at the root.

Do I need to be “spiritual” to work with you?

Absolutely not. Spirituality in our context is simply about connecting to your own inner wisdom, guidance and truth. It’s personal and looks different for everyone. I weave elements in through my personal experience, intuition, and different modalities and studies that have elements based in spirituality.

Do I need to have a goal before starting?

No, in fact it’s better if you come in with a stream of consciousness and we’ll work from there.

Clarity is part of the process. Not everyone comes to me with a specific problem, a lot of my clients just have an overall feeling that they want to improve their lives.

How long are sessions?

We always book 70 minutes but sessions can be longer on an as-needed basis.

Do you offer single sessions?

Yes — especially for those with urgent needs or who just want to try me out first. That said, consistent work = consistent change. So most of my clients opt to book weekly sessions.

Can I contact you between sessions?

If you're in The Open Channel, yes. It’s my highest-touch offer — for people who want regular sessions plus the ability to reach me throughout the week.
You’ll have access to voice and text support during the week — so if something comes up, you can process it in real time instead of waiting a whole week to talk it though. For those not in The Open Channel, you can always email me between session and I do my best to respond within 24 hours.

How much does it cost?

Rates vary by service. I’ll go over all of that in a free intro call — no pressure, no weird sales tactics. Just a real conversation.

Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale?

For some offerings, yes. Let’s talk about what you need and see what fits.
